Estimates & Acceptance

Quotes and estimates provided through the Site, by phone, or by email are estimates based on the information you provide and are not binding on either party until you accept the estimate and we confirm scheduling. No service agreement exists until an estimate has been accepted by you and confirmed by us.

Changes After On-Site Inspection

Estimates given before an on-site visit are based on the information and photos you provide. If, once we inspect the property in person, the actual scope, condition, access, or materials differ from what was described or shown, the final price may change to reflect the actual work required. We’ll always explain any change and get your approval before proceeding with work beyond the original estimate.

Payment Terms

Payment terms (including any deposit, progress payments, or balance due on completion) will be confirmed with you when we schedule your project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at booking. Late or unpaid balances may affect our ability to schedule future work for you.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of FreeSpace Contractors unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability
